By accessing and using this website (the “Site”) and purchasing personal development seminars, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

  1. Definitions

“We,” “us,” or “our” refers to [Leo Institute], the owner of the Site.

“You” or “your” refers to the user or customer.

  1. Payment and Cancellation

Course descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment for courses is processed through a secure payment gateway.

We do not store your payment information.

Cancellation policies are outlined in our separate Cancellation Policy.

  1. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account for registering on course.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We collect and store your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Cancellation Policy

 Please be informed that the number of seats for the seminar is limited. Once a seat has been booked, it is specifically reserved for you, precluding its availability to others. Here are our cancellation rules for your awareness:

  • Participation in the full duration of the seminar is mandatory. Missing any part or sections of the seminar is not permissible and will be considered equivalent to a cancellation.
  • If you cancel your booking prior to 3 weeks before the seminar, or fail to complete the second payment by its due date (if there is one),we will retain the deposit of EUR 200 and reserve your seat for the next available seminar.
  • Any cancellation made after 3 weeks before the seminar, will incur a penalty fee of EUR 400. Please note that this amount will not be applied as a deposit for a seat at the next available seminar.
  • If you cancel your booking after 3 days before the seminar, the penalty fee will increase to EUR 600. Again, this fee will not be applicable as a deposit for a seat at the next seminar.
  • Participant substitution is permissible until 2 weeks before the seminar, without any penalty. Any substitution request after this date will not be honored.
  • Please remember, all cancellation or postponement requests should be submitted in writing to the following email address: ekoch@leo.institute. The date of cancellation or postponement will correspond to the date on which the written notification is sent.

 

 

Non-Disclosure Agreement

“Leo Institute” ltd. (id. number: 402113510 – hereinafter “Leo Institute”) identifies Confidential Information as any and all information disclosed to Leo Institute in written, electronic, oral and/or any other form or by any other means, both before and during the seminar, as well as after it, directly or indirectly, by any interested or participating person (hereinafter referred to as the “Disclosing Party”), which includes, but is not limited to, any personal information, along with any commercial, legal and financial information, together with the personal data (as defined in the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection) received/obtained directly from the Disclosing Party and/or through various technical means and/or through any other means by Leo Institute, together with its representatives (including, without limitation, its coaches, photographers and any other related persons) in the process of performing their respective functions or of rendering relative services; as well as any other personal information and/or the information that is considered confidential by Disclosing Party and has informed Leo Institute thereupon – hereinafter, all

together, referred to as “Confidential Information”.

Accordingly, any information that is not publicly available and is related to the Disclosing Party is considered confidential; therefore, the Confidential Information is to be broadly defined and it includes, without limitation, the information in any form (written, oral, electronic, etc.) relating to an idea, plan, principle, methodology, strategy, discovery, or fact, circumstance, document; Confidential Information also includes professional secrecy; any trade secrets (including, but not limited to, business logic, know-how or any information, relating to commercial activities), personal data.

Leo Institute acknowledges and confirms that it will comply with the non-disclosure obligation for an indefinite term, which includes, but is not limited to, its obligation to protect disclosed Confidential Information in an appropriate manner, in accordance with the legislation of Georgia and applicable professional standards; Leo Institute furthermore confirms that it will not disclose such information, with the exception of cases of fulfillment the disclosure obligations as required by the law. Leo Institute ensures to fully and strictly comply with the non-disclosure obligation of Confidential Information received/obtained by it and its representatives (including, but not limited to its coaches, photographers and any other related persons) in accordance with the requirements, specified under applicable laws.

The processing of the Disclosing Party’s personal information by Leo Institute is based on the consent thereof, which is granted by this person’s own will, and the Disclosing Party possesses all the rights and permissions stipulated by the law thereupon.

Leo Institute comprehends the importance of the Confidential Information entrusted to it. One of the main responsibilities of Leo Institute is to ensure the protection of personal data entrusted to Leo Institute by Disclosing Party.

Leo Institute grants access to the personal data only to those employees, representatives or other related persons who need to know such information for the purposes of performing and carrying out the relevant services and functions ensured by Leo Institute. Leo Institute undertakes physical, electronic and procedural security measures provided by the legislation of Georgia in order to protect Confidential Information – non- public personal data of Disclosing Party.

 

 Health Disclaimer

Leo institute delivers the services of holding the seminars (hereinafter “Leo seminars”), which are based on a unique methodology created by Sami Cohen and Claire Nuer. This methodology reflects the personal experience, that the founders have gained through the hardships and crisis periods of their life; The main aim of Leo seminars and its methodology is to share with its participants the personal experience on issues like how to spend life in joy; how to minimize the space for fears in our life, how to change mental models and thinking processes so that we become the creators of our own success and joy.

By participating in Leo seminars, each participant acknowledges and accepts, that they do not receive the services of the licensed psychologist, psychotherapist, or medical professional and that these seminars, as well as consultations, recommendations, along with any information shared, do not replace the care provided by psychologists or any other medical professionals; the content thereof is not intended to replace professional services, including, without limitations, any medical and/or psychological services, treatment and/or therapy. Moreover, each participant agrees and acknowledges, that the seminar(s) are not intended to be a substitute for medical advice and/or treatment. Please seek the advice of your doctor or other qualified health practitioners regarding any matters that may require medical attention or diagnosis, before following the advice and/or using the techniques described in Leo seminars, especially, in case (but not only) the participant is under continuous medical treatment. Reliance on any information, advice, and/or techniques shared within the seminars is solely at the own risk of each participant.

Leo seminars are in no way to be construed or substituted as psychological counseling or any other type of therapy, mental health counseling, or any other type of psychotherapy or medical advice; consequently, each participant is to be responsible for starting, continuing, and/or withdrawing from any kind of medical treatment, including, but not limited to, taking of any prescribed medicines, or preventing from taking thereof.

Additionally, please, be informed and take into consideration, that any information, techniques, services, trainings, and other materials shared and offered within Leo seminars have the potential to stir emotional and/or physical responses and/or stress. If you believe you may have suffered from a psychological and/or traumatic injury, please consider if you are in a position to safely engage in the Leo seminar(s) at that time. Leo institute, as well as its coaches, are not liable for any distress that participation in the seminars and/or the information and/or any techniques shared and provided within the seminars, might create. We are unable to guarantee any result or outcome, which is solely the responsibility of the participant. Therefore, any technique, recommendation, advice, and/or teaching, we share and provide during the seminar(s) are not intended nor implied to be guaranteed consequences.

Thus, the coaches do not directly or indirectly provide or present any part of the seminar, coaching services and/or recommendations or advice as any kind of diagnosis (including, without limitations, medical) or as a prescription for any disorder or ailment for any person, participating in the seminar(s); All the information and services provided within the seminars may not respond to specific questions or comments about personal situations, that are aimed at obtaining appropriate diagnosis or treatment, or otherwise provide any professional, including medical, opinions;

As follows, Leo coaches do not make any representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the coaching or consulting services provided. Their liability (if any) is limited to the seminar fee paid by the participant to Leo institute and in no event will Leo institute/coaches be liable to participant for any other claim, losses, or damages of any kind.

 

 

Privacy Policy

 

Through completing and submitting this application, the Interested Person/Participant of the Seminar declares his/her consent and grants to “Leo Institute” ltd. (id. number: 402113510 – hereinafter “Leo Institute”) the unconditional right to process the personal data of the Interested Person/Participant of the Seminar, in particular name, surname, ID number, cell/phone number, e-mail, (actual/legal) address, information provided by electronic questionnaire for the purposes of conducting Leo seminar(s), which includes, but is not limited to, rendering training services and providing respective information or material(s) by the latter.

 Through completing and submitting this application, the Interested Person/Participant of the Seminar additionally confirms, that he/she has obtained the relevant authority and consent from the person (hereinafter referred to as the “Potential Participant”) (if any), whose personal data will be submitted to Leo Institute for the purposes of subsequent consultation and communication by the representative(s) of Leo Institute. The Interested Person/Participant of the Seminar further acknowledges, that mentioned Potential Participant declares its consent and grants Leo Institute the unconditional right to process its personal data, in particular name, surname, ID. number, cell/phone number, e-mail, (actual/legal) address for the purposes of conducting Leo seminar(s), which includes, but is not limited to, rendering training services and providing respective information or material(s).

 The Interested Person/Participant of the Seminar, along with the Potential Participant, is aware that upon his/her (including the data subject’s) request, the data controller shall be obliged to correct, update, add, block, delete, or destroy data if the data are incomplete, inaccurate, not updated, or were illegally collected and processed.

 The Interested Person/Participant of the Seminar approves and warrants, as well as on behalf of the Potential Participant, that the information specified by him/her in the application is correct, accurate, precise, complete and comprehensive. The Interested Person/Participant of the Seminar, together with the Potential Participant declares its consent, without further notification from Leo Institute, to receive from Leo Institute the notice, letter, short text or any other type of message(s), e-mail and/or the information provided in any other form at any time for marketing, informational and/or any other purposes (including, without limitation, any kind of advertising and/or promotion campaign), on the requisites indicated in the application by the Interested Person/Participant of the Seminar, as well as, by the Potential Participant. Moreover, in case the above-mentioned requisites are altered, Leo Institute shall be authorized with respect to the altered requisites to execute the powers granted under this application without further consent from the Interested Person/Participant of the Seminar, as well as from the Potential Participant. However, the Leo Institute shall not be held liable for the consequences resulted from the receipt by another person of messages delivered on the contact details submitted to Leo Institute by the Interested Person/Participant of the Seminar (as well as, on behalf of the Potential Participant).
