HOW IT STARTED

The methodology was born accidentally as a result of Claire’s fatal health diagnosis back in 1982. The terminal illness forced the couple to throw away the trivialities of daily life and to look for something bigger…

After a hopeless search for external aid, Claire and Sami were urged to look inside and to start a self-mastery journey with the guidance of Leo, who became their lifelong mentor. Surprisingly the path they started to walk on appeared to become the deterrent force for the disease…

After putting their experiences and discoveries into the seminar format, Sami and Claire shared how to change mental models and thinking processes to thousands of people in order to become creators of their lives, full of possibilities, connection and joy.

How it was introduced in business?

Meeting with Peter Senge – MIT Sloan School of Management – in 1993, became the starting point of introducing Leo Methodology to the organisations as an opportunity to create the culture of great teamwork, high employee engagement and leadership that empowers others to create a new realm of possibilities. Among the organisations who went through this transformation with the help of Leo Methodology are Shell, NASA, Boeing and VISA.
