Being a leader is not about you.

It’s about envisioning possibilities that might seem beyond the limitations that our minds set. It’s about creating the context where me becomes us. It’s about creating a working environment where everyone is included, where everyone wins.
This might sound odd for some, as we are not used to, as we were taught in a different way. It’s somehow engraved in our essence that in every situation one always wins and another one always loses and It’s normal that we want to be in the first one’s position. And if we look closer at our relationships at work (and even at home), we set up all kinds of strategies to win over – at the meetings, in the emails, at the coffee machine small talk. But does it really work? Do we really win? We may feel emotions related to victory, when we prove to be right in an argument with our team member, but does it benefit the relationship? Is it efficient towards the common goal the organisation we both work at stands for? Is, as the result of the conversation, the team member inspired to create?
Money wise – maybe it’s true, there can be someone better off from the deal, but in relationships there are only two possible cases – either both sides win, or both sides lose. And leadership is all about relationships.
Being a leader means going beyond what we were trained to be from childhood – we call it transformation.
During the seminar, participants discover what is limiting their unconscious, defence mechanisms that define their present leadership. They see the areas of improvements, what is possible for them and people around them. beyond the limitations these unconscious patterns set and how to create it.
This is a powerful experience, where a manager transforms into a leader that is able to create and guide people into new possibilities, engage team members into work purpose and create the culture of working together environment that empower s empowering each employee.
Seminar format
The seminar takes place during 6 consecutive days. It includes an individual work in a group setting dynamic driven by the power of collective intelligence. Whilst a lot takes place in a big group setting, certain exercises are conducted in a smaller group format, where participants are treated individually for the proper guidance with the coach.
Both teams and individuals are welcome. When a team of managers attend together, they have an opportunity to work on their team mastery envisioning the new future for their people and the company.
