Are you interested in becoming a Leo Coach? Or do you want to dive into personal mastery with a one-year intensive program? Whatever your interest, this program enables participants to really master creating their everyday life consciously through practising Leo Methodology on a daily basis.

The participants of the Academy admit that this one-year experience allowed them to integrate coaching skills in their leadership at home or work, in their parenthood, partnership or other important domains of life, that has transformed their relationships with themselves and others significantly and enabled them to achieve their goals set in the beginning of the year.

Leo Coaches are practitioners of Leo Methodology, not teachers. They use the tools learned at the seminars first of all in their own life, and then they transmit their own experience with them, so if you wish to join our team as a coach, this program is a must-attend for you.

The program starts with a foundation seminar and continues with 10 modules of 4 weeks each, during which all the tools of Leo Methodology are experienced individually on a daily basis. Participants work with a different partner each week and are supervised by the Head of Training all along the process with a weekly meeting.
